Scottsdale Country Club's New and Exciting Projects

Greetings Scottsdale Country Club Member! It is amazing how fast time flies here at the Scottsdale Country Club! I truly cannot believe that we are entering our Scottsdale Country Club fall overseeding of the golf course as it seems that we were just finishing a successful Scottsdale Country Club winter season. We are completing what has been yet another active summer here at the Scottsdale Country Club, and the feedback that we have been receiving from those who have been around this summer is amazing.

The Scottsdale Country Club is continuing to see record usage and revenues with a projection of another increase in participation in the coming Scottsdale Country Club year. With that being said, we are more excited than ever for the Scottsdale Private Golf Courses winter season to come, as we have focused a great deal of our attention this summer in planning some fun new offerings for the Scottsdale Private Golf Courses winter season.

Mike Sharp and his team have gone through additional service training once again this summer focusing on service consistency and menu knowledge, which were two areas members were looking for improvement based on the end of season survey feedback. We are also very excited about the offerings that Chef Lenny and his team will introduce towards the end of the month. For those that have not been around this summer, we will move the popular Fried Chicken Special to Wednesdays along with the regular menu. Thursday will continue with our always entertaining Burger Night, and Fridays will return to “Five Feature Friday” where Chef and his team have been able to showcase their significant culinary talents. On Saturday evenings, we will continue with our “Half Price Wine Night” for bottles $200 and under, along with our Prime Rib Dinner Special. We will then continue to finish the week with our Sunday Night Italian Buffet in the Mixed Grille featuring an ever rotating mix of your Italian favorites. For each of these nights other than Sunday, we will also be offering an รก la carte dinner menu so you can be sure to find something great! In addition to all of this, Chef Lenny and his team at the Scottsdale Private Golf Courses will be making various menu updates each month through the winter season giving you an opportunity to try some new favorites.

In Facility Master Planning news, we have conducted eight (8) focus group sessions with Scottsdale Private Golf Courses through the summer allowing us to review the plan with over 120 members. From these sessions we have further refined the details of Scottsdale Private Golf Courses Phase Two. There will be additional informational sessions during the month of October for those who have yet to attend a session. I would recommend that each of you take the time to learn more about this exciting project with the Scottsdale Private Golf Courses and, if you are not available to attend a session, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I would be more than happy to clear some time to review the key components of the plan for the Scottsdale Private Golf Courses. These sessions will then lead up to a vote of the membership during the month of November.

As you can see, it is full steam ahead here at the Club and we are ready to show what we have been working on this summer. Our goal is to take the member experience at the Club to an enhanced level in all areas. I believe you will see the difference when you return.

Friendly reminder - Members walking their dogs on the path must keep dogs leashed at all times. No dogs are allowed on Club grounds. Wherever you may be at the moment, enjoy what is left of summer . . . and know that the entire staff is extremely excited to see you all back on the Ranch soon!
